You'll need to know two things to ensure you choose the right headlights - the first being whether your vehicle was made before or after the F30 facelift in 2015. Secondly, whether you currently have halogen or xenon lights fitted in the car.

Replacement F30 Halogen Headlights

These are for BMW 3 Series F30 vehicles that already have halogen headlights, and you need to replace them with the same parts as were previously installed.

Replacement F30 Xenon Headlights

These are for BMW 3 Series F30 cars that currently have Xenon headlights installed, that need replacing with the same part as was installed when new.

Xenon-Look F30 Upgrade Headlights

These are premium aftermarket upgrades, that transform vehicles that have a standard halogen installation, to have the look and feel of the xenon lights, without a costly rebuild. They are still halogen headlights, but with a brighter and whiter bulb, they are almost identical to the original xenon option.
