Welcome to another round-up of the week's news in automotive lighting (and a little of the car world in general!). As all the news from the Geneva International Motor Show 2017 is taken in, the industry is beginning to see what is ahead for the upcoming year.
Motoring journalist have managed to snap a few shots of the upcoming Mercedes X-Class, revealing its new headlights and rear lights in the process. The headlights now feature the common Mercedes theme of using an LED strip for the Daytime Running Lights, and the word is you'll be able to pickup you're own (ahem) from the end of the year.

Staying with Mercedes, the Mercedes-AMG team spoilt us in the automotive lighting industry during Geneva where they unveiled new headlights with the GT Concept.
The lights don't stand quietly in the corner - they feature blue, yellow, orange and white lights and look like they're having a party all by themselves.
