Sterndrive and inboard, not outboard
MerCruiser is the Mercury Marine range of sterndrive and inboard engines, so its parts are different from Mercury outboard parts even though the two share a maker. MerCruiser engines are usually identified by their size in litres, such as the 3.0L, 4.3L, 5.0L or 5.7L. Each listing on this page shows the engine sizes it suits and the original part numbers it replaces. Check your engine's size and the number on the old part before you order. If the numbers differ, ask us first. -
Fuel and drive system parts
The MerCruiser range here covers parts for the fuel and drive systems. It includes a carburettor repair gasket kit for 3.0L, 4.3L, 5.0L and 5.7L engines, which replaces the gaskets that harden and leak with age, and a marine fuel injector that is also used on some Volvo Penta engines. There is also a transmission oil temperature sensor, which helps warn of overheating in the drive before it causes damage. If you are unsure which injector you need, we are happy to advise. -

Sterndrive engines vary by year and specification, so if you are unsure, contact us with your MerCruiser engine size, serial number and the part number from the old component, and we will check the right replacement before you buy.
