Terms & Conditions

By purchasing goods from Eurowagens (a trading name of MNY UK LTD), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

  • Eurowagens is a trading name of MNY UK LTD
  • Company Number: 6610395
  • Registered Office: Unit 120, Devonshire Business Centre, Works Rd, Letchworth Garden City SG6 1GJ, United Kingdom

In these Terms, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Eurowagens / MNY UK LTD, and “you” or “customer” refers to the purchaser.

2. Definitions

“Contract” means the agreement between you and us for the sale of goods.
“Goods” means the products available for purchase via our website or marketplace listings (including eBay).
“Website” refers to our online sales platforms.

3. Product Information

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are correct at the time of listing.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate; however, errors may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item.

We reserve the right to amend product details or pricing before an order is accepted.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us. A contract is only formed when we confirm acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

goods are unavailable

pricing errors have occurred

payment cannot be authorised

delivery location is not serviceable

5. Product Compatibility & Fitment Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item purchased is correct and compatible with their vehicle.

Vehicle compatibility tools, part finder systems, or category listings are provided as a guide only and do not guarantee fitment. Variations in vehicle specifications may result in incompatibility.

We strongly recommend checking part numbers and specifications before purchase. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you prior to ordering.

Returns due to incorrect ordering, misdiagnosis, or failure to verify compatibility will be treated as “change of mind” returns and are subject to our returns policy.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using accepted payment methods (e.g. PayPal, credit/debit card).

If payment cannot be successfully processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

We take reasonable care to protect your data; however, we are not liable for unauthorised access unless caused by our negligence.

7. Delivery (Including Customs for International Orders)

We will deliver goods to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are accurate.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times may vary depending on the specific item ordered, as products may be stored and dispatched from different warehouse locations. Estimated delivery timeframes will be outlined at the point of order. If you are unsure about delivery times for a particular item, please contact us prior to purchase.

Delivery can range from 1 to 10 working days, depending on stock location, processing time and destination.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

A signature may be required upon delivery.

You must notify us of any non-delivery within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, your delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are set by the local customs authority and are not included in the item price or delivery cost. As such, they are the responsibility of the customer and must usually be paid before the parcel can be delivered.

In many countries, customs charges only apply when the value of the goods exceeds a certain threshold. This threshold varies by country. For example, in the European Union, import VAT is generally charged on most goods regardless of value, while customs duties may apply when the total value exceeds €150. In the United States, duty is typically not charged on shipments valued under $800. Other countries may have lower or higher limits.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for the most accurate and up-to-date information on any applicable charges and thresholds before placing your order, as these rules can change and differ depending on the destination.

We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict the exact amount, as they are determined by the customs authority of the destination country. These fees can vary depending on the value of the goods, the type of item, and local regulations.

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to obtain accurate and up-to-date information regarding any applicable duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

Please note that failure to pay any required customs charges may result in delays to your delivery, the parcel being held by customs, or the item being returned to us. In some cases, additional handling or storage fees may also be applied by the courier or customs authority.

If an item is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges or because delivery is refused, any costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipping costs, re-import customs clearance charges, and any applicable handling or administrative fees.

8. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods are delivered to the address specified in your order, or when they are made available for collection, as applicable. Where delivery is made to a third party (such as a neighbour, safe place, or collection point) in accordance with your instructions or courier policy, this will also constitute delivery. From this point onwards, the goods are held at your risk, and you are responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.

Ownership (legal title) of the goods will only pass to you once we have received full payment in cleared funds for the goods, including any applicable delivery charges, taxes, and fees. Until ownership has transferred, we retain full legal title to the goods.

Until such time as ownership passes to you, you agree to:

store the goods separately and ensure they remain identifiable as our property;

take reasonable care of the goods and keep them in good condition;

not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the goods without our prior written consent.

If payment is not completed, is reversed, or is subject to a chargeback after delivery, we reserve the right (to the extent permitted by law) to:

recover possession of the goods;

enter any premises where the goods may be stored to repossess them (with appropriate notice where required);

or take legal action to recover the outstanding balance.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Returns & Cancellations

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

9.1 General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

Returns must be authorised by us in advance. You must contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) before sending any item back. Returns received without a valid authorisation number may be refused or delayed.

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Goods must be unused, uninstalled, and in a resaleable condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, which should be intact and in good condition.

All original components must be included, such as fittings, accessories, manuals, and any accompanying documentation.

You are responsible for ensuring that returned items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Any returned items must be in their original, unused condition and suitable for resale in order to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods upon receipt.

Items that have been fitted, installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return and may be refused or returned to you at your cost, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described.

Where a return is accepted but the item shows signs of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.

Further terms may apply to certain product categories, which will be clearly stated on the product listing where applicable.

9.2 Fitment & Incorrect Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct part is selected and that it is compatible with their specific vehicle, equipment, or application prior to purchase. We strongly recommend checking all relevant specifications, part numbers, and compatibility details before ordering.

Our Customer Service team is available to assist with fitment-related questions and can help guide you based on the information you provide (such as vehicle registration, VIN, or product details). However, any advice or guidance provided is based solely on the details supplied and does not remove the customer’s responsibility to verify suitability prior to purchase.

Returns arising from incorrect part selection, failure to verify compatibility, misdiagnosis of a fault, or ordering in error will be treated as change-of-mind returns and will be subject to the conditions outlined in section 9.1.

Please note the following conditions will apply:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

A restocking fee may be applied where applicable to cover handling, inspection, and processing costs.

The item must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, in a fully resaleable condition, with all original components included. The product must be in the same brand-new condition as supplied, with no signs of fitment, installation, use, or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item. This includes ensuring the item is free from dirt, grease, oil, marks, scratches, or any other damage. Items that show any indication of having been fitted, attempted to be fitted, or otherwise used will not be accepted for return and may be rejected or returned to you at your cost.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been fitted, installed, or used where the issue relates to incorrect ordering or compatibility, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty.

If you are unsure about compatibility before placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to assist.

9.3 Used / Installed Parts

We operate a strict returns policy on used or installed parts. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been fitted, installed, or show any signs of attempted installation.

This includes, but is not limited to, parts that:

Have been fully or partially fitted, installed, or attempted to be fitted.

Show any signs of installation or handling beyond basic inspection, including but not limited to grease, oil, fuel residue, dirt, marks, scratches, or wear.

Display evidence of tool contact such as bolt marks, scoring, or damage to mounting points, threads, seals, or connectors.

Have had protective coverings removed (where applicable) or seals broken.

Are no longer in their original, brand-new condition as supplied.

Any item returned in a used, installed, or altered condition will be rejected and may be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and make a final determination on their condition.

This policy is in place because once a part has been fitted or exposed to operational conditions, it can no longer be resold as new, and its integrity or performance may be affected.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of goods that are confirmed to be faulty or not as described.

9.4 Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.

To allow us to assess and resolve the issue promptly, you may be required to provide supporting evidence. This may include clear photographs or videos showing the fault or damage, details of the issue, and information about the packaging and condition upon arrival. Failure to provide requested evidence may delay the resolution process.

Once your claim has been reviewed and the fault or damage confirmed, we will advise on the next steps. This may include returning the item to us for inspection. Where a return is required, we will provide instructions and, where applicable, arrange or reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

If the goods are confirmed to be faulty or damaged, you will be entitled to an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include:

A repair of the item, where feasible

A replacement item of the same or equivalent specification

A full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances

Please note that we reserve the right to inspect the goods before confirming any remedy. Items that are found not to be faulty, or where the issue has arisen due to misuse, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, or external damage after delivery, may not be eligible for a refund or replacement and may be returned to you at your cost.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

9.5 Incorrect Items Supplied by Us

If we have supplied an incorrect item (i.e. the item received does not match your order confirmation), we will take full responsibility for resolving the issue promptly.

In such cases, we will:

Cover the cost of returning the incorrect item. We may provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection, depending on the circumstances.

Provide clear return instructions to ensure the item is returned safely and efficiently.

Offer you the choice of either a replacement item (subject to availability) or a full refund of the purchase price, including the original delivery charges.

We may request photographic evidence of the incorrect item received to verify the issue before arranging the return.

Please ensure that the item is returned in the condition received, including all original packaging, components, and documentation.

Once the returned item has been received and verified, we will process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

9.6 Change of Mind Returns

Unwanted items may be returned within 28 days of receipt, provided they meet all applicable return conditions outlined in this policy.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, in a fully resaleable condition, with all original components, accessories, and documentation included. Returns must also be authorised in advance by obtaining a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from our Customer Service team.

Please note that return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Original delivery charges are also non-refundable, and a restocking fee may be applied where applicable. Any returns that do not meet the required conditions may be refused or subject to deductions from the refund to reflect any reduction in value.

9.7 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.

However, once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, the order must be delivered as scheduled. If you no longer require the item, you will need to follow our standard returns procedure after delivery.

Please note that where an order has already been dispatched, original delivery charges may not be refundable. Return postage costs will also be the responsibility of the customer, and any applicable restocking or handling fees may be deducted from the refund in accordance with our returns policy.

10. Warranty

All products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated.

If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, please contact us in the first instance so we can assist you.

Warranty claims may require the item to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. This process can take approximately 4–6 weeks.

During this time, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds until the manufacturer has completed their assessment.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

11. Liability

If the goods supplied are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the timing of the claim. We reserve the right to assess the goods and determine the most appropriate remedy.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your legal rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or any breach of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your order shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the goods.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability;

Your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”).

Such events may include, but are not limited to:

Acts of Nature (such as floods, storms, earthquakes, or other natural disasters)

Fire, explosion, or accident

War, terrorism, civil unrest, or riots

Government actions, laws, regulations, or restrictions (including import/export controls or sanctions)

Industrial disputes, strikes, or labour shortages

Interruptions or failure of utility services, transport networks, or supply chains

Delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or border controls

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact on our services and resume performance as soon as it is reasonably possible.

Where such events occur, our obligations under these terms may be suspended for the duration of the event. If the delay continues for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any amounts paid where appropriate.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
