We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom and to most international destinations worldwide.
Orders are shipped using a network of trusted delivery partners, including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, FedEx, Evri, and Yodel. The courier selected will depend on the size, weight, value, and destination of your order.
For international shipments, parcels may be transferred to a local delivery partner once they arrive in the destination country.
Customs & Import Charges
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their local authorities.
These charges are not included within the item price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any associated return shipping costs, customs fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from any refund due.
Express Delivery
Express delivery options may be available on selected products and destinations.
Where available, these options will be displayed during checkout. Additional charges may apply.
Order Cancellations
Whilst we always aim to fulfil every order placed, there may be occasions where an order must be cancelled due to:
• Stock availability issues
• Supplier shortages
• Pricing errors
• Payment authorisation failures
• Delivery restrictions
If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer require the item after dispatch, you may request a return once the order has been delivered, subject to our returns policy below.
