Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Times
UK Mainland delivery typically takes 5–7 working days from dispatch. Because our parts are supplied from a number of different stock locations, overall delivery times can range from 1–10 working days depending on the item ordered, its stock location, and your delivery address. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and on individual product pages — if you need a firm delivery date before ordering, please contact us and we'll confirm based on the specific item.

Delivery Costs
We offer free delivery on most items to UK and worldwide destinations. Any exceptions (for example, oversized or high-value items) will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Signature on Delivery
A signature may be required upon delivery for certain items. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, or arrange a safe place / neighbour delivery with the courier where possible.

International Orders — Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your delivery may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities, are not included in our item or delivery prices, and are the customer's responsibility. Thresholds vary by country — for example, import VAT generally applies to most goods entering the EU regardless of value, while UK–EU customs duties may apply above €150; in the US, duty is typically not charged on shipments under $800. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering, as these rules can change.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation with tracking information where available, so you can follow its progress to your door.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
