General Enquiries

  • Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. We offer free UK mainland shipping and 99% of our parts can be shipped worldwide. If you are having difficulties in estimating shipping price to your country, please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote as we will be more than happy to assist.

  • My order has not arrived yet?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried:

    • Checking the tracking link via your confirmation email to view the up to date tracking.
    • Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
    • Checking with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
    • Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins or in a shed, garage or porch.

If you still can't find your parcel, please email us using the contact us form and quote your order number. We'll reply as soon as possible and do our best to locate your parcel straightaway. If it cannot be found, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

  • What happens if I receive a damaged item?

In the rare event that an item reaches you damaged, please do contact us within max 7 working days from the delivery date via email cs@eurowagens.com clearly advising the issue and providing images of the damaged product.

Please note that we won’t be able to take any responsibility for damaged products during transit that we have not been made aware of within required timeframe.

After reviewing and accepting your claim, we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or if not possible, full refund will be offered.

  • Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do offer refunds and every customer has got 28 days from the date of the order to return unwanted product under the conditions that the item hasn’t been used, installed or modified and will be returned to us undamaged/in original packaging.

  • I’ve changed my mind, how do I return my order?

We want to give you hassle-free way to return anything, so you can return any item to us within 28 days from the date of your order under the conditions that the item hasn’t been used, installed or modified and will be returned to us undamaged/in original packaging.

We also ask you to make sure we know the order number your return relates to, your order details and whether you want a refund or to change it for something else. We can’t do this without these details, so please do help us as otherwise you may be waiting a long time for your refund.

  • Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, confirmation of your order will be automatically emailed to yourself after the payment has been cleared. 

  • What happens if an item I’ve ordered is out of stock?

Although we do all we can to avoid situations when ordered item is out of stock, unfortunately in rare instances, we may not be able to fulfil your order. This may occur as extremely busy period when many customers are buying the same products. In the rare instant that this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the issue. We will offer you a suitable alternative in the first instance; if there are not to your liking we can then offer you a full refund with our sincerest apologies.

  • Why I cannot add item to my basket and are only able to ‘Enquire’ about it?

We are sorry about this, but in rare instances some items may be out of stock and not available to order immediately. We do receive regular deliveries, therefore please do contact us and we will be happy to confirm when the product that you are interested in, is back in stock.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

The ability to amend or cancel your order will purely depend if the order has already been processed and dispatched. If we have already processed and shipped your parcel, then unfortunately we won’t be able to recall your order. However, if you contact us beforehand, we will do all we can to assist in amending your order

  • Can I amend my delivery address?

We are unable to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete.

  • How do I pay?

You can settle the payment using our secure online payment gateway or Paypal services.

We also take fraud very seriously so all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.  

  • Can I pay by Credit/Debit card over the telephone?

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

  • How long does delivery take?

The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the date of a payment and delivered by either Royal Mail or one of our trusted courier companies, depended on the size of your order.

  • What happens if I’m out when they try to deliver my order?

If you happen to be out when Royal Mail or courier try to deliver your order, they will attempt to place the parcel in a secure location, however if this is not possible, they will leave you a card advising that they have tried to deliver and that your parcel is waiting for you. On the card will be details on how to contact Royal Mail or courier to rearrange the delivery or where to collect your order from.

  • My order has not arrived yet?

  • I have received a faulty item

Please note that we won’t be able to take any responsibility for faulty products that we have not been made aware of within required timeframe. Please also note that we will not accept any claims for products damaged during installation therefore if you are unsure how to do so, we would strongly recommend getting an advice from professional garage.

After reviewing and accepting your claim, we will be happy to arrange for a replacement or if not possible, full refund will be offered.

  • I have received an incorrect item in my order

We are doing all we can to supply you the correct goods, but we are all human, and mistakes do happen. All you have to do is contact us by dropping email on cs@eurowagens.com and providing a photo of the product received. We will then be able to offer you the options of an exchange (depending on stock availability) or full refund with our sincerest apologies.

  • An item is missing from my order

We always try to dispatch your order in one parcel, but sometimes this may not be possible and we may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

Also, in rare instances some of your order may be out of stock, therefore once again, please check your emails to see if you have been advised about this.

If none of the above is applicable and an item is missing, please do contact our Customer Care team on cs@eurowagens.com with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.

  • My order has developed a fault

If a product develops a fault we will help as much as we can. This may involve returning your order to the manufacturer for testing and repair or replacement. We can take care of the logistics and send the product on your behalf, or you may liaise with the manufacturer directly.

  • How long does the refund take?

All refunds will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

  • Will you cover my installation / repair costs?

Unfortunately, under no circumstances will we be able to accept liability for consequential loss or damage or pay for any repairs, garage costs or alterations as a result of a fault with an item.

If you do receive a faulty item, we will do everything we can to replace or refund it, as long as you let us know within 7 days of receiving the product.

After the returns period has lapsed, we are here to help claim under the manufacturer's warranty process.

 

  • How can I claim under the manufacturer's warranty?


Once your return period is over, you have 12 months from the purchase date to claim under the manufacturer's warranty if your purchase develops a fault.
We are happy to help you with this, and will take your item to be examined by the manufacturer. They will diagnose any issues, and repair or replace if needed.

By purchasing goods from Eurowagens you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the following terms. You should read and understand these terms because they affect your rights and liabilities. These terms describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described on this website.

1.    Definitions and interpretation

Contract- the contract for the sale and purchase of the Goods;

Online Sales- means sales conducted through the Website;

§  All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. All details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was inputted. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on the Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted.

3.    Basis of the sale

§  An agreement for us to sell you Goods is made on these terms when we accept an order made by you via our Website. The description of the Goods, the price, VAT, insurance and delivery costs are set out in the order page. We will confirm acceptance of your order on-screen.

§  Please ensure you buying the correct product as the website may show products in your specific vehicle category that may not actually fit your vehicle. Please verify this before you submit your order as it is your responsibility to know the item is the part you want. If you are in any doubt whatsoever, please contact us before placing your order.

§  Each Product purchased, be it new, is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional specific terms and conditions related to that Product including, without limitation terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery times and warranty.

§  The quantity, quality and description of the Goods will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us).

§  Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the Goods are available, the order reflects current pricing, you are based in the Delivery Area and your credit or account card is authorised for the transaction.

5.    Payment terms

If the product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

§  Cancelation- To cancel an order, please drop us an e-mail at cs@eurowagens.com with details of the order you are cancelling. A charge (delivery costs) may be made if the cancellation is done after the order or a part of the order has been dispatched.

§  Return- You can return anything you're not happy with within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us in writing to advise of its return. Returns will only be accepted if goods are in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Postage or shipping charges will not be refunded. Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return things. If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
